We are looking for an MDSA to join our friendly and valued team to supervise the children during their lunch hour every day of the school week. Duties will include supervising children whilst they are having lunch in the dining halls to ensure a smooth lunch service. You will also be required to encourage positive play and activities both outdoors on the playground or field and indoors on wet weather days. We are looking for someone who is:
- a good communicator
- fair and has the ability to reinforce positive behaviour
- able to make playtime fun for all children
- experienced working with children (preferable but not essential)
